For hourly matters, initial deposits generally start at $10,000 for non-litigation matters and $25,000 for matters in active court litigation. A prospective client’s inability to fund the matter substantially reduces the likelihood that the firm will consider or accept it. Contingency and hybrid contingency arrangements are available only for select matters. Selecting an option does not mean the firm has accepted the matter or agreed to that arrangement; all terms require case evaluation and a written engagement agreement.
