Tajima LLP is proud to announce the elevation of Jackie Levien to Partner, effective April 1, 2026.
Jackie has been an integral part of the firm since its inception, working closely with our attorneys for many years to deliver exceptional results in high-stakes disputes. Her elevation reflects not only her outstanding legal acumen but also her unwavering commitment to the firm's clients and its strategic vision.
"Jackie's strong work ethic and exceptional legal mind make her the perfect fit for this new role," said Chase Tajima, Founder and Managing Partner. "As our rebranded firm continues on its path toward growth, Jackie's leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our standard of excellent client service. She is a brilliant strategist and a relentless advocate in the courtroom."
In her new role as Partner, Jackie will take on expanded leadership responsibilities, handling the firm's growing caseload of complex business litigation matters. Working alongside Chase Tajima, she will help lead the firm to new heights, continuing to leverage the firm's lean, technology-forward approach to outmaneuver larger opponents.
Jackie's practice spans all aspects of civil litigation, from pre-filing investigation through trial and appeal. She has a proven track record of securing highly favorable results in matters involving commercial contracts, trade secret misappropriation, unfair business practices, and complex corporate disputes. Her notable victories include obtaining a complete defense verdict in a federal jury trial against trade secret and fraud claims seeking over $1 billion in damages, and securing summary judgment on behalf of a Grammy-nominated recording artist.
Prior to joining Tajima LLP, Jackie honed her litigation skills as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, one of the world's largest and most prestigious global law firms, and at Crockett & Associates, a complex civil litigation practice in Los Angeles. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law, where she served as Senior Editor of Discourse, the UCLA Law Review's online publication, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Diego.
Please join us in congratulating Jackie Levien on this well-deserved milestone.
